James "Jim" Bailey is a leading provider of real estate valuations for mortgage lending in Northern Nevada. He is a Reno native who graduated from the University of Nevada, and has nearly 33 years of appraisal experience in the Reno/Sparks metropolitan area and outlying areas of Fernley, Virginia City and Carson City. Jim is a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute, holding an SRA professional designation, and was a local Chapter President. From 2002-2006 he served the State of Nevada as a Real Estate Appraiser Commissioner, and has been a member of the Reno-Sparks Board of Realtors since 1975.
